hello, my name is Wes, and i have been with AdonisMale for several years now!! i will be 68 years old on April 10th, 2019!! i want to start off my talking about a challenge i joined at my gym. the object of the challenge was to lose weight and body fat, and gain muscle. the challenge ran from Oct. 14th, 2018 through to Jan. 6th, 2019. i didn`t have the money to join the challenge until 2 weeks and one day after it started!! i opted for the supps, but felt i was doing well enough on my own to not need the aid from a personal trainer!! i found out that the supps were not supplements like BCAAs, Glutamine, or whey isolate protein to name but a few!! they were actually more for health. i got meal replacement shakes, which can be drank before a meal, as well as a meal replacement. i never got the supps until Nov. 4th, and never started using them until Nov. 7th, because i wasn't sure how to use them in regards to the challenge. i also got cleanse for life!! cleanse for life burns off the visceral fat around the organs, but also helps burn off fat throughout the rest of the body. i was with the challenge for approximately 10 1/2 to 11 weeks. i lost 12 pounds of fat, gained 10 pounds of muscle and lost 22 pounds in weight. i didn`t win anything though, as i wasn't eating enough food for it to be beneficial in adding more muscle!! i may not have won the challenge, but i did win in regards to my personal goals of losing body fat, losing weight and putting on muscle. when i joined the challenge i was 294 pounds. when i weighed in at the end of the challenge i weighed in at 272 pounds!! i was so pleased with my results, i went and bought a months supply of the meal replacement shakes and cleanse for life. i figure, by the end of January, i`ll be very close to if not at my goal weight of 244 pounds!! all this after having had quadruple bypass surgery on March 9th, 2017. i had 85% to 90% blockages in 4 of the arteries to my heart, i was having a burning pain in my upper abs, lower chest area every time i tried talking a walk that was longer than 5 minutes, and i was out of breath trying to do any activity as simple as putting the garbage out. for 8 months leading up to my surgery, i was confined to the house. i was able to cook a meal, or walk to the living room, the kitchen, the bathroom, or my bedroom without discomfort. my existence was limited to one floor of a small house. i think because the blockages were so severe, it caused my heart to beat wildly at times, as though it were trying to pump more blood throughout my body. i really do not know how i was still alive by the time i went in for my surgery. i am doing so much better now. i can breath normally again, i can walk to my hearts content with no pain, and i can go to the gym and weight train 6 days a week. i will continue adding to my blog with more about me as time goes by!! thank you for reading this, with love from Wes!! hugs!!!

i knew as young as 2 years old that i was attracted to Men. some adults who love children will pick them up, give them hugs and even kiss them on the cheeks. when a Man picked me up and kissed me on the cheek, and he had a 5 o'clock shadow, and his whiskers pressed against my face, i could feel the blood rush to my penis!! somehow i knew not to tell anyone what was going on, but i really enjoy the sensations!! as i got a little older like around 5 years old i remembered hearing stories about 2 Men in a parked car, kissing and making out, and how my mom and other people would sit at the window and watch them. i even remember stories about gays being jailed as it was against the law. i don`t know if it was against the law to be gay or if it was against the law for 2 people of the same sex to engage in sexual activities!! when i was in my teens, i started doing things like going outside in the middle of the night with no clothes on, and really enjoyed the air touching my body. i even shaved my pubic hair a few times, and remembering the rush from having a bald cock!! i was very timid and shy about being with other Men, even though it was the one thing i wanted most!! if someone tried to grab me by my cock, i`d pull away real fast and almost cry. even if it was just guys having jockular fun!! i never came out until i was 32 years old. first i was calling the gay hotline and talking to other gay Men and telling them of my problems and insecurities!! when i finally came out i came out to everyone, without thinking of the consequences. sometimes i`d be embarrassed when someone pointed me out for being gay and other times i didn`t mind at all. it all depended on the situation. i had several one night stands, but had no idea what to do, besides kissing and hugging!! more to come, with love from Wes!! hugs!!!

i think my luck walking on the icy roads and sidewalks ran out .... i slipped and fell on my left side and i at least sprained my left wrist as it is quite swollen, and my left shoulder hurts when i try to raise my left arm!! this means i am stuck at home for a while .... i`m going to want to go to the gym, but i won't be able to exercise with the use of only one hand. i have to type with one hand for the time being. i can move my fingers with very little pain, and i can move my wrist back and forth and up and down but it is painful, so i know it isn`t broken. my shoulder hurts to lift my arm, but that pain is in the muscle. the best i can do for the time being is ice my wrist an shoulder and take it easy until i can move them again, without discomfort!! with love from Wes!! hugs!!!

update on my fractured wrist: i got the best news ever!! i don`t need surgery. the space in the fracture had closed in some, so all i needed was a better cast. i was dreading going to the hospital and having to need surgery!! i have a green fiberglass cast, that is 1/2 the bulk and 1/2 the weight of the first cast. i could not be happier!! with love from Wes!! hugs!!!

hi went back on Monday March 4th for more xrays ... the doc was very pleased that the alignment of the bone was perfect ... she asked me if i`d like to go to a brace, as i mentioned how difficult it was to keep the cast dry in the shower. i said i would go with her recommendation. they took the cast off and gave me a brace. it cost me $35.00, so i guess i actually bought the brace, LOL!! now when i shower, i take the brace off, do my thing, get your minds out of the gutter, and put the brace back on afterwards!! i go back in 2 weeks on March 18th, for more xrays, and will be given exercises to help the wrist get some agility back as the bone completes the healing process!! that's going to be the fun part. i mean that sarcastically, as my wrist hasn't moved much since the fracture occurred, and it will be quite stiff. with love from Wes!! hugs!!!

hey gang, i have the update from yesterday`s hospital vist!!  i went to the hospital yesterday for more xrays and to see how the wrist was doing!! i was given a clean bill of health, suggested exercises for getting the range of motion back in my wrist, after being isolated for 4 weeks, and a list of physiotherapists in case i should need help. i saw the latest xrays, and if you didn`t see the fracture line you would not have known anything had happened to the bone that was fractured at all. it was like someone went in, put the piece bone back in place, and glued it there until the bone had healed. when i saw the first xrays 2 days after the fracture occurred, there was a space between the bone, and the piece of bone that broke off. i am now taking the brace of for most of the day, after i return from my leg workouts at the gym everyday, and only wear it to bed. i`d say the worst is over, but actually, i was in no pain during the time of healing, but now that i`ll be doing exercises for range of motion, i`m sure i`ll be experiencing pain, but at least now, i know i can`t do anything to throw the alignment of the fractured bone off, because it is healed!! YES!!!!! with love from Wes!! hugs!!!
