well it's mee again, having to apologize for missing my daily posts - the computer decided to lose a portion of its mind, and it took several days for my IT guy to free up and come all the way across the county. Monday - 27th

where did this month go? I think today is the last physical therapy unless it is extended. I have to wait till 21st August 2020 to have my other shoulder injected, and will discuss operating on my right. I can't even say I should have taken better care of myself, as I do not know of any defence against bone spurs. well, that's my sad story. my happy story is a lineup of fine lads for your delight. rather quiet day around the ranch. woke up early and found it so dark outside, I was sure we would get rain, thunder and lightning. I was wrong. so I cooked a small breakfast and came out to work on the boyz. I am between a rock and a hard place, having two models I wish to feature. Eddie Robinson is my Nº 1 bodybuilder, and Hal Rockland is high on my list of MVPs. just another day in paradise! I found something I knew I had and could not lay hands on, so its a plus. am pre-packing for my little trip this week; was underwhelmed when I went to check out the car rent place and the guy took about 15 minutes to find my reservation. however, I learned a couple of things, and all I have to do is learn how to plug my mp3 player into the car and awawego. or as we say back home Oswego! hope you like my selections today, and thank you for the likes and stiffies
